Under 16s

Introduction

Trials for U16 players are held each September and selected players are expected to attend weekly training sessions, held at the Grammar School at Leeds. U16 training sessions are:
  • 8:00pm-8:20pm warm up and team meet - Studio
  • 8:20pm-9:50pm technical session, match play and cool down - Sports Hall
